Existuje v\u0161ak mo\u017enost po\u017e\u00e1dat o spr\u00e1vu domu extern\u00edho spr\u00e1vce, co\u017e je placen\u00e1 funkce z domovn\u00edho \u201efondu oprav\u201c.
